Absolute ****show Screwed up our order Missed multiple orders, didn?t give what we asked for for half of the stuff we got, and... even managed to mess their mistakes. I've heard tales from my coworkers that they always have an excuse to not be able to cook at 4:30 AM, i know thats a weird time... but its when my work shift ends. being one of the only open places i decided to give it a try anyways since i was particularlyhungry this morning. Worse place I've been to in a while. We get to this by restaurant after driving all night, we stop because it's says it's 24hr... and it's one of the only places open. We are told the system is down and it won't be up for another 30-45min. There is nothingelse open so we decided to wait. An hour later we order online and are charged, okay cool, system has to be back up then right?We go back thru drive thru and sit and wait for the voice on the intercom to let her know we already placed our order amd we arehere to pick it up. 15minutes go by so we drive back around and wait again. THEN THEY TURN OFF THE MENU LIGHTS AND ALL THEOUTSIDE LIGHTS!!! We drive up to the window to get their attention to at least get out money back since we obviously aren'tgetting service here and ignore our honking and knocking. I can hear by the sound of their laughter that they must be workingreally hard. By the way it's been 30min and I'm still waiting for my refund. Ha and now the grill is messed up so they'reworking on the order slowly but not surely... because you know your grill is messed up. Read more

Worst ever ordered 2 ultimate cheeseburgers no sauce no cheese ordered one sourdough melt pic below no sauce no bacon. Guy... taking tried making a joke then told me to hold on in the middle of repeating my order back. I moved to the south and rarely getJack in the Box. I expect more. Just plain awful Read more
I ordered the Southwest salad with chicken. The chicken was warm and tasted good. I was impressed. It was huge for the price.... I ordered the ranch dressing which came in like a squeeze ketchup thingy. It tasted like homemade. It didn't have thatbottled flavor at all. I'll go back, they did a good job on this salad. Read more
I mean, it's Jack in the box. Not sure what else there is to say. It's got food, and the food is fast. It?s consistent, it?s... cheap, and it?s on super-crowded Milton Rd, so it?s impossible to get into or out of. Not sure if the dining room is even openright now; and 3am here the place is bustling.
