I came and I was only able to order was a sandwich. There were no drinks at all. The guy who took my food was wearing sunglasses... while working. Saturday night and the store is closed at 9:30? Seems like this is a constant problem at this location from previous posts. Hire... people with better work ethic next time or change your closing hours earlier instead of wasting my time. Read more
I?ve ordered from this location a couple of times and they always have issues with their computers being down or other. Today... they made my ~veggie~ sandwich without lettuce and it?s a very sad lunch. The sandwiches were pretty awesome. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I love the jimmy mustard with the whole... mustard seeds. Overall it's a simple yet great sandwich and very quick. Read more
I think the kids working were just overwhelmed because our order was correct and tasted good, but the sandwich was put together... a little haphazardly. I had to straighten everything out a little to get my meat and cheese back in between the bread. Read more
We?re traveling through flagstaff and stopped here for a bite to take with us to go. I ordered a regular beach club and opened... my sandwich in the car. It had NO turkey. Just cheese and tomato. Can't speak to the quality of the food, as they never delivered any. We're passing through Flagstaff and ordered some Jimmy... John's to our room. We ordered and paid online. I got the confirmation email. Then I got the cancellation email. The emailstated no reason for the cancellation, but gave me a number to call for help. I called the number and no one answered. The phonerang until it hung up on me. So we ate somewhere else. I've had Jimmy John's before, and the food is good. This location didn'tseem capable of taking my order unless I ventured down to their shop. They were open when I drove by to get food from somewhereelse. Read more
I like Jimmy John food but this location is not reliable to be open during advertised hours. When closed, usually there is a... sign saying ?staffing issues.? Seems to me that the franchiser should consult with the JJ corporation on quality staff hires andretention. Read more
