So small and like 5 working games. Games don't take tokens so you have to buy a game card and the cheapest was $14 aka 48... credits. Not worth it and had 4 very unhappy kids. Never ever will we return. Read more

Overall good time but the small arcade size and the upsell heavy bracelet pitch was a bit of a damper.

We did a birthday party and they gave us little wristbands that you put your card on for the kids 30 minutes free play there was... not a lot of games that's not a huge location but enough for variety that the kids didn't get bored and we had a prime away theydid put the food out very early so like when the kids are ready to eat it was cold they gave us a marker to Mark the cups andwrite the names on the cards and the kids get to keep them fun family atmosphere good parking military discount and I think withthe discount it was still like $350 for two tables 2 hours like unlimited little wristbands for the kids for 30 minutes eachbirthday boy gets like a whole hour plenty of room and one of the kids had a lot of allergies so the mother had to bringsomething and they were totally cool and open and like yeah that's fine I mean he had a lot of allergies and just good stuffthey were really busy so they don't have time and we did have to hunt him down a couple times but when we did on them down theydid everything that we needed in that time that we found them so very happy Read more

$20 for a large cheese pizza. The least you could have done is put sauce on the WHOLE pizza, not just the edges. Customer... service, meh. No need to come back, not good. Read more

The pizza was pretty good but most of the good games were out of service when we were here. For a 2 1/2 hour drive to flagstaff... wasn't worth that besides the birthday party. Read more

I haven't had PPP for several years now so while traveling across AZ from NM, I decided to satisfy a craving. The pizza was... delish and the salad was refreshing. I was able to load up and get back on the road real quick+ Read more

Overpriced and is such a small PPP. The staff isn't the friendliest either. My family went in last week and it appeared several... large parties had just left. I asked an employee if a specific booth was taken and she said no, so because the tables were alldirty we stood there with our kids waiting for her to clean the table. In no way were we trying to pester her or rush her. However, Instead of wiping our table down while we stood there waiting, she made sure to clean all of the other tables around usand gave us annoyed glares in the meantime (passive aggressive.) We ended up just sitting at a larger table she cleaned afterasking if that one was open because she never came to the table we were standing at. We would have done that in the first place, but we weren't sure if they were reserved for other large parties. Communication and a smile are key. We understand you are busyand the world is short staffed, but just acknowledge us. There is no customer service anymore. I gave it 2 stars because thekids had fun! Read more

My toddler daughter is obsessed with Peter Piper, and only knows the Flagstaff location. Decent food, but it adds up (as any... restaurant lately). The main complaint I have is that most of the games are out of order...some for 6 months+. It's a smallervenue, so when there are less games available to play it is a definite bummer. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant isclean. Read more
