We come here every time we're in Flagstaff! It's our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The chips and salsa is delicious and... provided while you wait for your food. 2nd time in a row I've been very disappointed with the experience. I think I'm done with this place. You should just turn into... a vegetarian taco shop. The amount of protein you serve is so little its is ridiculous. Fish tacos had a single piece of whatlooked like a Mrs Smiths frozen fish stick (but smaller) a little bit of cabbage and sauce. Very impressed with the seasoning in the food.All of of the the food had great taste to it.The salsa gave the food it?s extra... kick to it which resulted in a fantastic mexican food experience. First time here, the staff is very friendly and the agua frescas are good. My qualm is that my burrito didn?t have enough carne... asada. I felt like I was eating mostly tortilla. I was so let down by this. Read more
I live out of town so the last time I ate there was 2 years ago. I loved it then. Today I ordered a Bean tostada and paid a... little over $4 with tax. It was horribly small, not much bigger than the palm of my hand, and barely had any ingredients on itwhich were all piled on one half. The photo I've included was after I spread everything out. I asked for light lettuce but thatdidn't mean I didn't want hardly any beans or just three tiny pieces of tomato. I felt like it was more cheese than anything. Ididn't care for the flavor either. Ate here years ago and wasn't very impressed, so never went back. Was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the food here... tonight. Good chips and Salsa. Very meaty burrito, but needed sour cream or guac which I suspect is more... and the food isexpensive already (as is everything nowadays). Took quite a while to get my small order.
