The employees that made my sandwich were very friendly and helpful and my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, but their... manager (a woman with dark hair and blonde bangs) publicly and rudely disciplined one of them for something very minor. Iunderstand that things need to be done a certain way for a business to run but the way she spoke to her coworker wasdisrespectful and it seemed she was trying to intentionally humiliate her. The people working under her deserve a raise forputting up with that kind of treatment. Read more

I would love to rate it lower but I cant. I ordered 2 sandwiches and there were multiple mistakes on the sandwiches so I called... to get it corrected. Counter help was surly and smart talking. We ordered 16 meatballs and Matt charged us full price for 4 subs...$24. We asked the...
