Pizza was okay, but service and management was terrible. Fountain machine was not working, so wanted something to drink with a... salad for a combo price I was told that wouldn't be possible. No offer of a discount or an alternative (ice machine and teadispenser was working) was made. When bill was rung up, overcharged the salad by $.50. Menu said $3.45 and was charged $3.95. The manager said there was nothing that she could do because the price was in the computer. Also, she claimed that she was themanager but she was also an employee. Guess what young lady, unless you own the business, YOU are an employee. So basically,the owner gives no power to the manager to be able to rectify wrongs to be able to reasonably satisfy a customer when there areproblems. Not a customer friendly place. Went here with family while traveling over the weekend. Most of the rest of the family are all gluten intolerant but i am not.... My order of a very good create your own pasta bowl came out within minutes as did another member's pizza came out pretty quicklytoo. The four gluten free pizzas took almost an hour to get to the table. We were informed twice that they were contaminatedthat needed to be remade/cooked. While we commended them for their honesty how did it take an hour to get this right? Whats moreone of the pizzas was burned when it arrived. Even burned everyone liked their food. Not having to worry about gluten I wouldtotally eat here again. As I said the pasta was the bomb. I do not think my gluten free family members would be as willing totry it again. Read more

Decent pizza but unorganized inefficient ordering process. We waited in line behind 2 people for 20 minutes before even... ordering. Then to pay was another 10 minute wait while the cashier tried to figure out the orders. He tried to charge us for 4pizzas we didn't order. Then when the pizza came out the order was wrong and I had to go up to the guy running the oven (who wasmore interested in getting himself a soda than getting orders out) to tell him which pizzas were ours. I'm hoping this is just abad crew because I don't see how they can stay in business like this. Read more

This is a good option for pizza with picky eaters as everyone can have their own. The pizzas were good, pictured is the hot... honey pepperoni. I like that they have califlower crust. They have draft beer and wines also. You have to wait in line kindalike Chipotle you tell them how you want it and they put it together for you. (Or subway) it comes out pretty fast. Read more

We got two pizzas, one was cooked just fine and the other one (the one in the photo) was completely raw. We got our food in less... than 5 minutes and would have been perfectly fine waiting longer to have a fully cooked pie. When our food came to the table, weasked if they could toss the raw pizza back in the oven and it came back a minute later, still raw and charred paper all overit. Very disappointing, I love coming here but after this I don?t think we?ll be coming back:( Read more

Got a burnt and soggy pizza for a kids order. My 5 yo says just ate one slice which was less burnt and complained. I called the... manager explaining the situation . He said that he is ok to make one more for me after he made a comment that he personally tookthe pizza from oven and it was not burnt. This is after I told him I can send pictures if he doesn't trust. I declined his offerand told him that he lost a customer because of his bad attitude and customer service, especially from a store manager. I amnever going to flagstaff "your pie" again. Read more
