We aren't ones to complain much but felt the need to this time. We've been coming to this Chili's on a pretty regular basis for... the past 18yrs and I can't even guess how much money we have spent over those years on a Family of 5. Tonight has been by farour most disappointing experience here. The apps came out at different times. My daughter's burger was cooked medium to mediumwell. She asked for well done and they brought back the same burger, just cooked more. The chicken sandwich I ordered was likebiting a piece of rubber. I did return it and was so turned off, that I couldn't bring myself to get anything else. The Managernever came to our table to talk to us and that was pretty disappointing. The server said that he was sorry, but that's not who Iwanted to hear that from. With all of the upcharges that are happening these days, we'd expect more from a Restaurant chain likeChili's. Food and service were actually pretty good. As always, these chain restaurants as a rule of thumb are much better in smaller... towns where they rely mostly on a local community so they have to be good and this place was no exception. What a POOR experience. The place looked worn and was dirty. Food substances on the wall in our seating area. The chair I... sat in was dirty. The menus provided were sticky and the floors were very worn and looked like it needed overdue attention. Service was poor at best. Since when do you need to ask for a fork and knife to eat? Or ask another waiter for a beveragerefill? Real nice to eat you appetizers with your fingers as NO waiters in sight. Our waiter seemed like it was unfortunate hehad to be at work. The backwards BB cap he wore really made a nice impression. The food was below the poor ratings at best. The was a huge disappointment and my bowels responded accordingly later. I really enjoy Chili's. IMHO, they are one of the better chains. My visit was ok. It seems that this location us suffering from... lack of staff,like most places. The food was good, as expected, but the service was awfully slow for how empty the place was. Read more

Haven't been here in a few years. Though the service was great and my food tasty, the portion of a rack of ribs was 9 ribs. A... full rack should be 12 ribs. The manager told me that post Covid, corporate has cut back on portions. This is understandablehowever, it should be made clear on the menu that portions are smaller. Read more
Always delicious food when I go here. Wife got the triple dipper with crispy chicken, aliders, and southwest egg rolls. I got... the bacon cheeseburger and a side of mexican rice, so delicious. Also we got curbside pickup and the staff were outside with myorder within a minute of me checking in. Great service. Read more
