Refused to give me a dozen donuts through the drive thru told me I had to come inside.
The staff are very hard working, and I understand working at dunkin is very difficult, labor intensive, and doesn?t pay much.... Though every time I come in it seems like my coffee is off or entirely incorrect. This morning my small coffee cup wasn?t evenfilled halfway, with a tiny dollop of whip cream, and tasted very bitter- I think they forgot the milk? I?m not happy about it,but still two stars because i understand. Read more
If i could give this place a 0 i would. the amount of money we spend at this place every week for coffee, we shouldn?t be... treated like dogs. this is the 5th time CARMELLA the lady with the tats and the dyed hair was nasty to me and my techs in thedrive thru. might just start spending the extra time to go out of our way to budd lake from now one. Ordered a dozen + 2 donuts online a half hour ahead of pick up. Still wasn't ready AND the counter lady chastised me for... ordering donuts via drive thru EVEN THOUGH I ordered online ahead. This isn't the first time they've been snarky but it's thelast for me, that's for sure. Read more
The donuts were well risen and appropriate size. Must visit if you are near by. The team is helpful and very handy. I ordered... donut and Onion Chives stuffed mini bagels.
