this location is a joke! i live down the street and it's convenient to go here, but i will not anymore. first...i ordered my son... a tea, when i got home i took the top off to let it cool. thank god i did because i was horrified. my son would have been sickif he drank this. the pictures speak for themselves. second... i order french vanilla iced coffee daily and it's fine unlessit's one girl making it. she always hands me a cup of milk. it's white. i asked to please remake it with less milk and she getssnotty and tells me "it's premade" meanwhile it's not because i watch it being made. she gets very snooty and she handed me alarge iced coffee half way filled and a bag of creamers and told me to make it myself. umm again, why would the cup only havehalf coffee. stuff isn't cheap. you have a bunch of high school kids that work in there and cleanliness doesn't seem to bepriority. this is disgusting and the attitude on the one girl is not okay. Went through the drive thru, tried to use the mobile app. Gave the code, to redeem a large fry. The woman with tattoos at the... window got all defensive and gave me a lot of attitude for ?not giving her the code?, and then she said ?it?s not working.? Iused to work here. If I did that, I would have gotten fired. I can?t wait to talk to John, Todd, and Tony about this incident. Read more
Drive through delivers cold food. French fries are the main reason to go to MD. Served wimpy and cold. Clearly I would be glad... to wait for hot fresh fries. Empower an employee to make the call that these fries are not up to standard. Read more
Horrible experience!!! The cashier was mean and Horrible. How can you demand that a customer use the Kiosk to order when they... walk inside the store? Your an employee standing behind a registere & you refuse to take my order unless I do it myself. I donot work for McDonald's you do. I was told If I want them to take my order I have to go through the Drive Thru. So you gooutside and Drive Thru's a mile long because everyone has been told the same thing. Horrible Avoid this place unless you want towork on your Day off. I guess next we'll have to cook our own food and pay them to do it. Horrible place Horrible employees. Read more
