Great food but terrible customer service on phone. Every time you call in to place an order, the person on the phone makes it... sound like they are doing you a favor by taking the order. I took my family there for the first time last week. The dumpling soup and sweet jalapeno appetizers were awesome. The rolls... were incredibly well done and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. The prices are very reasonable as well. I can see how the service staff might get overwhelmed during peak times, but we had good service and I recommend you try theplace. Read more
Wasabi has THE best "lunch boxes".. steak, shrimp, or salmon. You will not be disappointed. And their fried rice is my absolute... favorite. Staff is always super friendly. ???? Read more
Great place to grab lunch or dinner. I usually go for lunch. Service is fast and the staff is very attentive, my water cup was... never empty because they kept filling it before it got empty. The food looks good and tastes good too! It's a clean cozy placeto eat. Read more
Great place to enjoy dinner with friends or family, the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. The location makes it... a bit out of the way for me but I honestly wish I went more often. The aesthetic of the restaurant is nice but can feel a bitsmall. Pretty extensive list of rolls and dishes (haven't tried hibachi yet but will update if I do), I honestly haven't had abad dish yet and would definitely recommend it! Read more
This place was listed as a good choice for Ramen Noodles, so I gave it a try. Had no idea this place even existed on Flanders,... but apparently they have been there for 19 years. Anyway, as far as a Ramen place, I would not consider this a place you wouldgo for Ramen. However, I will give them a try for Hibachi sometime soon. That only offer 1 Ramen Soup Bowl that cannot becustomized in any way. They would not allow me to add chicken or Beeef and did not allow for extra noodles. Its just their brothand Ramen Noodles. It had some bite to it and is a perfect bowl on a cold rainy day. But would not be in top 10 for NJ Ramen.Just an average bowl of Ramen here. Read more
$106 before tip through grub hub. That a $42 dollar sirloin and filet hibachi combo dinner and three $15 or so rolls that fit... into one container. Meat is over cooked and chopsticks weren?t included. Two little ketchup packs of soy sauce. What a joke,there?s about 10 pieces of steak there. Do yourself a favor drive down to Halulu in Stanhope which is 10 minutes away. That?swhere we usually go, and the food is 10x better, portions are double the size, and the price is the same or less. I?m a frequenthibachi guy, and this is by far the most disappointing hibachi I?ve ever encountered. I?m gonna update to 2 stars because I waspromptly reimbursed a portion of my money, which I appreciate the gesture. This was in fact done by Grubhub and I?m not sure whois on the hook for it but, Grubhub took the complaint seriously and did what they could.
