I had left a good review? until after spending $8.88 for coffee and donut holes I asked for a cup of tap water. Which they were... going to charge me for!?!? Tap water. Like the same that feeds the toilet and sink. Even though I even had my own cup. Bad baddeal. Megan is server and Cheyenne is manager. Responding to manager response. Walked in this morning to a lady behind the counter talking so loud about how she?s not paid enough to do everything she does .... She was very rude and very unpleasant. I understand some people aren?t happy with there pay but that?s there personal problem.Why would you want customers to hear that . Also I asked nicely for a coupon and she had a huge problem with it. My favorite local coffee shop in Flat Rock for cold or hot beverages!
I love biggby and this is my local shop. The staff is always friendly and as a business they are involved in the community which... is great. Never had an order mix up even with their extensive menu and it's always clean. They're quick and efficient evenduring a rush, I highly recommend this specific coffee shop. Read more
This place is great. The staff is always amazing. They will go above and beyond to make sure that whatever you need is the way... that you like it. The food is yummy. I have gone to several different Biggbys around the state and this is by far the best. Ispend a lot of time here and I know that people come from all over just to hit this Biggby because the flavors are so muchbetter here. But honestly it is the kind, hard working, and caring staff that makes this place truly amazing. The owner is onsite most days and she will go out of her way to make sure you get the perfect drink. But even when she isn't there thebaristas at this location will go out of their way to make sure that your drinks are perfect. They are all extremely politeclean and efficient. Not the best chai tea latte, it didn't have much flavor. But I liked all the foam it had. I'll probably just try another drink... to give it another shot. The medium size hot chai tea latte was a lot bigger than I was expecting and was $5, which was a againmore than I was expecting. Read more
