Had to repeat my drive thru order 3 times, couldn't understand DOUBLE cheeseburger. Also order a vanilla shake got to the... window, NO shake, was told I could not order it at the window. Talk about hiring employees that should not interact withpublic. This particular burgerking seems to have the corner on doing just that. This is not my first bad experience at thestore. If u can drive to the one in flatrock/woodhaven do that. Food is never fresh here and staff doesn't know how to resolve anything... whether it is making the right food or fixing wrong charges. Will not be coming here again. Read more
When the s location first opened, customer service was great, food was hot and fresh, etc?My last 4 visits were not good... experiences?Food was old & cold, as if it had been sitting for hours, some of the staff were immature teenagers conductingthemselves unprofessionally. The food tastes disgusting, it makes me sick everytime I eat there. Some employees are nice but one or two were rude, one of my... meals were messed up and I was charged the incorrect amount of funds. The employee who messed it up said they were a Manager intraining named Calvin or Kalvin I don't know but they still shouldn't have messed up. Obviously he needed to be reevaluated ormore training. Went here the cashier told me it would be a few minutes fine waited about 10 minutes ordered ,pulled up shes at the window... laughing that their only accepting cash which I didnt have .I understand if thier having issues but to be laughing is ridiculous. Read more
Inconvenient. Brought the family bundle coupon only to be told they dont honor it at this location. So instead of doing any type... of customer service they didnt do anything for the coupon i had since that was the only one I brought not knowing they onlyhonor specific coupons at specific locations. Sad customer service. You think with the way things are they would want to dosomething that simple for a customer. So now I guess you have to call before you try to bring coupons so make sure. Unless youwant to go all the way back home To get said coupon they DO HONOR and come back after being shown what trash customer servicethey have. Read more

Inside of this location is constantly closed. This is an inconvenience for customers driving vehicles too large for the... drive-thru and those on motorcycles that would prefer to order inside. Read more
