Very quick N polite N correct on my order??
Placed an pickup order, went to the location and the doors were locked around 6pm and tried to cancel my order but the order was... already "completed" and had no one to get the food nor my money back due to the order already being "completed". Always have hadproblems with these workers at flatrock and multiple KFC locations. I would like to be reached out to or contacted for a refundor even just to get my order and I'll rechange my review to 5 stars which it was at before this. Read more
Best KFC around. Fast service & always fresh & hot. This is the only KFC location I will go to.

Too bad 0 stars isn?t an option!!!!! Ordered family meal of 8 tenders with 2 large sides and added an additional large side. ... Also asked for BBQ and Honey. Get home to find only 2 large side that were only half full so basically only one large side givenand was completely missing a large side and none of the BBQ or Honey. Kicker was I have called KFC at least 12 times (I knowit?s now out of principle) in the past 24 hours and no one answers the phone. I will keep trying until someone answers thephone or when I am in that area make a visit to speak in person with someone. Like I said, it?s now a matter of principle andI?ll play the game and win.
