What happened to this place!? It has went so far downhill since the last manager sold it. I can't even call this place a Subway... much less a restaurant. Sure when I have no problems the subs taste okay, but recently I have been having many issues with thislocation. First off they DO NOT close at 8 despite what the business confirms they close whenever they want, I walked in here at7 and the guy at the counter said that they were closed but while he said that he was making another guy a sub, when I went backout to the car to find another Subway that closes at the right time I saw the guy chatting up the customer he was making a subfor, doesn't seem too closed now does it. About two or three weeks ago my ex girlfriend said loud and clearly she wanted extraranch but some young girl working there gave her extra mayo instead, when my ex girlfriend corrected her she said sorry with anegative attitude and began remaking the sub in harsh manor acting like a child. It seems that other people have had an issuewith this same girl if not the same girl then the one that trained her. Anyways if you do want to have Subway I'd recommendgoing to the one in Woodhaven or some other nearby place. To be honest just make your own sandwich instead of going to thislocation. Read more
Store opens a half hour late and closes a half hour early every day. Staff is not the best at this location. The teen workers... are very rude and the gentleman is passive at best. I?ve come here before to have my order messed up, then have the staff giveme attitude because I asked them to fix it. Hands down the worst subway in the area. Go to West and Allen for good service. I normally don't have an issue at this location. But today the minute I walk in the young girl who made my subs was irritated... that she had to stop her lunch to help me. And then proceeded to complain about helping customers who walked in after me. When Iasked her "how are you today?" She gave out a long sigh and responded "living the dream". Heres a thought, u work servicing thepublic. If u r unhappy working at Subway, leave! Working there might not be your dream but simply having a job is a dream tosomeone else. I will never go to this subway again! The little tramp at the register accused me of stealing a drink from the cooler. Come on... please I think I make just enough to purchase my drink. I was there earlier in the day. I was waited on by a woman, she was on her phone.. I think the other woman called her April. She... was so rude! She didn't even give everything I wanted on my sub. She was in a hurry and her glove had a hole in it. I was verydisappointed. Read more
