Purchased 2 tickets online for a date. Arrived and learned that there was no seats available together. Staff advised that that... the owner will not allow refunds nor rain check. Seating should be reserved or allow refunds. In reference to the ownersresponse below: we did not arrive 5 minutes late, we arrived 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the film. A true gem, this small theater shows first-run movies with traditional and table seating available. A limited menu and beer on... tap, as well as the traditional candy, popcorn, and soda make this a fun and cozy movie experience. Read more
Fun little theater. Screen seems small when you first walk in but the venue is just the right size that during the movie it... feels like a regular theater. The popcorn is great too. Read more
It's the perfect way to watch a movie. Yes it's a theater, yes there are others that you don't know in the place, but the owners... and staff create such a friendly atmosphere that you feel like you're watching a movie at a friend's private theater. There'sfood, snacks, drinks, and if you're interested an adult beverage as well. Perfect is the only way to describe it. I stronglysuggest everyone take the opportunity to see a movie at the flat rock cinema. Read more
