Went here Sunday 10/24 the lobby was full of kids and a church crowd, me and my niece were not in a hurry so we decided to wait... there was only a young kid and a elderly man working and they were doing everything they could to cope with the influx ofcustomers. We stood in line for over 30 minutes and I witnessed at least 10 customers walk out due to the excessive line. I feltsorry for the workers I know they are making barely above minimum wage and being pushed to the max, the owner needs to get themmore help, the elderly man wrang my order up wrong but i still tipped $5 dollars and went on my way, sad to see a corporationexploiting labor like this Read more

This location is terrible. I've had experiences from receiving old lettuce in a salad, tried getting a refund, and treated like... I'm at fault for wanting a refund. Then the other day, I placed an online order, and arrived 5 minutes later than it wa supposedto be ready. It wasn't ready, so I got in line to tell them I was here so they'd go ahead and start making it. I sat there for15ish minutes, and noticed that the people making the order started making other customer's orders. Finally they brought to me,and said "sorry for the wait, we didn't know you were here." After I got in line to tell them I was there. Read more

Absolute garbage. Haven't eaten subway in 10+ years because I've never had a good experience. Decided to give it another try.... Ordered online, didn't get the bread I ordered, (I understand, maybe they didn't have it available) but the bread i got wasstale. Got a turkey sub with Capicola added. Came with no capicola but I was charged for it. Had very little turkey meat on italso. Thought they improved their product but I was so wrong. Still the same garbage Its always been.
