My experience wasn?t food wise but humanitarian. The night team of September 17 showed me that there are still good people out... there. I?m from Florida and was completed stranded with my 3 year old daughter with no Uber available and they show me so muchkindness and compassion. They offered me food and continued to check up on us while I tried figuring out what to do. Aroundclosing time they approached me with a key card for the motel next door so that my daughter and I have a place to stay for thenight and told me to come back for breakfast. The same manager was there and asked me if I was okay and if I figured out how toget home. I?m beyond grateful for what they?ve done for me, a complete stranger. You see the golden arches behind the exit sign and with a screaming toddler who's hungry in the backseat you sigh a sigh of... relief. Until you go in and it takes THIRTY minutes to get a happy meal while the drive-through is steadily moving and theemployees are handing out free stuff to family and talking away with them. I will never return to this place. I don't expect 5star food but if I wanted to wait thirty minutes for a kids meal, I'd go to Whataburger. Read more

This manager today was rude and so disrespectful it only to the guests but to her staff. The restaurant was dirty and when she... was asked a question for me by her staff when I asked for her she refused to come from behind the wall and just screamed. All Iwas asking for is what I have always gotten at any other McDonald?s is to mix the freeze flavors in my sons drink. She justscreamed at me ?no we don?t do that at McDonald?s? the proceeded to disrespect her staff for even asking her that and I bettertake it or leave it and just leave her restaurant. Just a horrible experience here. The staff were nice she was absolutelyhorrible and needs to be fired or retrained and shadow a real manager for at least 6 months with a pay cut! Read more
