We like to get a cup of pretzels when shopping in Walmart and the past 3 times we have tried to get some, it?s shut down do to... ?lack of employees? because people kept calling out. I have never had a bad experience before yesterday.... I got my usual salted pretzel and while they are currently out of the... sauce I like(have been for a little while), I still wanted a pretzel. I got one for my husband as well because he absolutelyloves them too. Their pretzels are normally amazing. This time? Mine was very under baked (actually straight raw in some spots)and my husbands was very burnt in some spots? It was very strange. I honestly still enjoyed the taste and made the poor decisionto continue to eat mine and try to eat around the raw spots.... well... I ended up quite sick the rest of the day due to it. Iwill say that a young blonde girl was working there and seemed quite confused during the experience? I?ve had great customerservice on all other occasions and was disappointed by my experience this time. I will still visit this location... but I wantedto pass this along to any management so they are aware and can address this issue so no one else ends up sick like I did. Wasnot fun! Read more

I've never eaten here before. But yesterday July 22nd around 12:45 pm I came to get a pretzel after hearing about them and... experienced some horrible customer service. The pretzels were not fresh at all. When asking the lady if there were any freshones coming she responded very rudely "no" and when asked if there were any pretzels coming out at all she rudely replied "whatyou see is what you get". Not sure if this is normal customer service here or not but my first experience was not a good one atall. Read more
The pretzels here are always good. And I stop by quite often. But today July 22nd around 12:45 pm I came to get a pretzel and... experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. The pretzels looked stale and far from fresh. I asked the ladyworking if there were any more of the pizza pretzels coming out and she was very rude and told me "no" and when I asked if therewere any pretzels coming out at all she very rudely replied "what you see if what you get" I usually have awesome customerservice here but today it was horrible. Edited post. I received contact from corporate regarding my bad experience. Communication was sincere and prompt. I love Ben?s... pretzels and will drive out of my way to get them because they are better than any others I have had. Thank you again for yourprompt response to my issue!! This is a two-fold post. Right now I'm upset . I went to your store this morning around 11 andordered 3 orders of buggy bites 1 salted, 2 cinnamon. They did not have any ready so, i had to wait for them to cook them. I satand waited gladly because I love them. I got my order and left the store. I've driven all the way home and there's only 2 ordersin the bag and I've been calling your store for 20 minutes and no one will answer the phone. Absolutely delicious! Their pretzels help me remember my mom's homemade bread out of the oven. Pleasant staff too.
I come.here all the time and usually the employees are wonderful and the pretzels are awesome. Today I come and order online. I... arrived and there was a young man working. Not the friendliest of all people. My order was not.ready either. He tells me theyare out of the stuff to make Dutch Almond, and offers me some buggy bites, ok, No Problem. I also ordered a regular pretzel,these are usually the BOMB. I mean soft, fresh, great size. Today, not so fresh and about the 1/4 of size they usually are. Iasked why they are so tiny and he tells me they got in trouble for baking them too big. Come On! These pretzels rock when theyare made right! I am disappointed today.
