This place is awesome! They make the biscuits right in front of you and everything is fresh. Also had the summer peachberry... drink. Warning, its super sweet. I had the ultimate BG or whatever it was called and it was really good. Very peppery. My dadhad the chicken biscuit with bacon and maple syrup. The syrup was very good. This one is hard to eat with your hands being itsso sticky. Next time i really wanna try the sqwaking goat or whatever with the goat cheese and pepper jam! Thanks guys Read more

Used to be good when it first opened. The menu has changed quite a bit now. But the big difference is the quality. Got the.... farmer biscuit. Chicken was over cooked, dry and hard to cut, and it was bland. The apple butter is cold and just slathered allover everything. The bacon was tougher than jerky, and the cheddar cheese was rubbery and oily. I took two bites and threw itin the garbage. Read more

Great place with amazing staff! Had the 5 & dime. Biscuit, fried chicken breast, cheese, egg, and bacon, covered with sausage... gravy. Delicious! Even with a packed house they kept the everything running smoothly. Another great meal at Maple Street. Extreme biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs and a maple sausage party. Out of this world! They have really good coffee as well. Read more

Went here for a delicious breakfast experience with a large group of people. There was plenty of room to eat and sit and visit.... I had a goat cheese and spinach biscuit. It was delicious. I also had the opportunity to try some green fried tomatoes. Thebatter on them was light and beautifully seasoned. One of my friends had an egg that had been grilled in an iron waffle makersuch a delicious and fluffy way to serve eggs. Read more

Maple Street Biscuit Company is really a gem. My wife and I grabbed breakfast and I found it to be well prepared, flavors... excellent and everything tasted fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed The Firebird and think I'd probably like a half-dozen other menuitems. Entrees: (1) The Firebird (2) Extreme B&G Atmosphere/Decor: Clean and open Service: Friendly and warm Food Wait:Fast Cost/Value: ~$9/ Entree. Great value. Read more
