It's ok, you need to check your order before pulling out. Mostly friendly.
If possible go to Morehead. Great fast accurate service AND THEYRE OPEN CLOSE TIMES ARE ACCURATE Everytime I've gone to this... location something is afoot. Missing a fry or a donut pull apart etc. I get that. But when your hours aren't true to yourwindow, or Google...how could I give more than 1 star? Upon arrival at 10:24 when the google confirmed time was 11pm, therewere no cars in the parking lot (customers or workers) menus black and the signs are lit up. Poorest McDonald's I've been to anda 24 minute drive just to drive back. Go to Morehead. HOPE THIS HELPED ???? Read more

Everytime I go to this location I'm pleasantly surprised because they have always gotten my order right, food has always been... fresh, and service has been good too. Maybe I just get lucky but after repeat visits with no issues VS other McDonald's wherethey can't seem to anything right, I'm thinking it has more to do with management and staff than it does luck at this point. I love McDonald's tea, sweet for my husband, unsweetened for me and decaf coffee. Pretty much the only food I like from Micky... D's is their Egg Mc Muffin and their Filet O'Fish. I'm still suspicious of their beef products and I can't get the condimentsand vegetables I want on my burger unless I go to the counter and spend 15 minutes explaining what I want and they haven't gotmayonnaise in the store or sweet pickles. So therefore, I don't like their burgers. Read more
