Today my husband stopped at subway in flemingsburg. Very wrong idea. I wanted to try the new California turkey/guacamole... sandwich. Horrible! First thing the two girls that were working explained that they both were new. So they didn?t know how tomake this sandwich. The wheat bread was as hard as a hockey puck! Then they explained that they didn?t know how to wrap whichwas very noticeable when he got home. The turkey slices were still all folded the way it is when they take it out of thepackage. Not separate as each single slice. So that made all of my meat of the sandwich only in the middle. What a grossmess. And why would management let two new girls work alone with no supervision? Subway only had one type of bread, toasted my sandwhich and then let it sit on the counter while she worked on other customers... orders. The whole time Cassie was very rude to all the patrons waiting on there orders. Won't be back for awhile. Read more
Fresh and fast and exactly what you want they strive to best possible subway in and out of town normally isnt a wait because... they stay organized and a two to three person crew to help make your sandwich the only downside is they ask if you would likechips or something to drink before your order is complete but their service is outstanding. It depends who is working. There is a short young man who has dark hair who doesn't seem to enjoy his job in the least. If he... is working it is not a good experience. However, there is a taller young woman who makes the experience remarkable. She isfriendly, gives good advice on sandwich choices, it is just an all around fantastic service with a smile. Read more
