Used to be a regular but unfortunately that?s stopping now. The last 3 times, today at 4pm being the last, we?ve been seated and... ignored for 20 mins before getting up and leaving. The waiter/waitress who is supposed to serve us never even made it over togreet us. We saw them watch us get seated, help the tables in the immediate area, and just let us wait. Enough is enough. Idon?t know how this is acceptable. Horrible service and from now on we?ll just support another business instead. Read more
Expensive without much to offer in the way of good food or drinks. Slow service due to under staffing. The staff is nice but... this doesn't make up for the lack of options elsewhere. The wings which you would think would be their main focus are overpricedand not anything special. And their spiciest flavor is just pure spice without any flavor. Read more
The wings were good. Not over cooked. Which is why it got 2 stars. We all had a side of fries. They were horrible. They tasted... as if they were microwaved or they were made first thing in the morning and sat out until my pick up time. One of the sodas weordered tasted like cleaner products. This is a good thing because we know your cleaning but also shouldn't be digested. Theceleray was also brown. Do better be better! Read more
Took my wife and three kids under 12 for dinner. Place was empty, so my expectation was to get a booth. Host took us to the bar... area. I stated there are a ton of booths open that aren't near the bar. He stated we are short staffed so we can't accommodateyour request. I didn't understand the reasoning, but okay. He finally took us outside on the veranda. It was hot a really hotday. Should have left at that point. Service was very slow and waitress didn't check in to see if we wanted refills of our soda. The staff are friendly and Attentive, but not too much. Clean establishment. Nice size menu that is not too big where there is... too much to choose from. And the food was fresh and hot. Flavors were very good from the two meals we shared. I enjoy the hotfresh cut french fries. They had a nice crunch since they are cut on the thin side and had the right amount of salt. Even thetater tots have a crunch. I should've taken pictures because our meals even looked good for this type of establishment. Ihighly reconvene this place. Read more
Went here fir a quick bite, hibiscus habernero margarita drink was very delightful..would recommend this drink. Host was... Ryan(very standoffish) but friendly & attentive. Other than that we enjoyed our brisket sandwiche and buffalo chicken wrap. Read more
Every time we order from this location, food is sloppily prepared. Wings are good but if you order salads, wraps, sandwiches the... quality is bad. Also, last takeout order we received dried out carrots and brown celery. Not pleased with the quality of thefood they put out and would expect more for what they could potentially offer. Read more
Ordered Wings for dinner with my wife, they came out with barely any sauce on them & the skin was rubbery. They felt as if they... had been sitting out for a while and were quickly reheated in like a microwave. We didn't even come close to finishing them,just politely asked for the check and left. Have to say that after many years of enjoying BWW, the last few visits the qualityof the food has gone down and the prices have just gone up. I can't imagine them staying in business for much longer.
