I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive through which is crazy and unheard of at Chik Fil A. Well of course when getting my food out of... the bag, they magically forgot my sandwich from my #1 meal. They sure gave me the fries and drink. Still scratching my head overthis one. I work in the restaurant industry. It's extremely important to double check customers food before packing the bag. As always the employees are super nice and the food was good.
It was my very first time at Chick-fil-A!! Had the Chicken sandwich deluxe (with cheese). So delicious! And the waffle fries... were outstanding! I didn't know about the Chick-fil-A sauce until after I put mayo on my sandwich, I'll know better next time.Keep up the good work, what a gold mind that place is. ???? Read more
Every single time I visit this location I have to pull in front of the fitness place, turn on hazards and wait. Whether it is... breakfast for egg white sandwiches or chicken minis. Or lunch for chicken tenders or now the limited grilled spicy chickensandwich. Every single time I wait and wait and wait. I even tried to be slick and order via mobile app and say I'm therewhile 20 minutes away and it's still not ready. I'm done and I know they dont care but I needed to vent. Just not worth it. So disappointed with how down hill this place has become. It used to be my Saturday morning routine to get breakfast for the... family here and they had a reputation for being fast, not mixing up orders, and serving good hot food no matter how busy theywere. Recently, for basic breakfast items ordered at breakfast time, they make you pull around the side and wait. Myexperience this morning was the worst yet, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food, while 2 other cars that pulled up after megot there food. And I get home to find out they forgot the salsa for my daughters chicken scramble bowl after I specificallyasked the girl to not forget it! I?m done with this place. We were traveling and pinched for time so we stopped at the first place we saw. We had eaten poorly all weekend so initially we... were a little apprehensive about going to Chick-fil-A. When we went in we were so happy to see that they had healthier options.My husband got a grilled chicken Sandwich and I got the chicken Cobb salad. It was all so good!
