I?ve been here several times and cannot recommend Curry Zone enough. I love supporting a family owned business and the owners... could not be more accommodating or kind. When I walked into Curry Zone it was so much nicer than I expected it to be from the outside. It has an air of a special... occasion. I could see a couple getting engaged there. The restaurant was obviously, thoughtfully created. The food isoutrageously delicious! I cannot express this enough. The service was quite slow the night we went, but the food was so worththe wait. Chili chicken, chicken tikka and chicken Kadahi, and some mint chutney with the tandoori roti and the garlic naan. The wait was... about 20-25 mins but so worth it. The food was spectacular and the spice level was on point. I like mine particularly spicy andit certainly had a kick. The two workers made sure we were taken care of incredibly and always checked in on us. Had this as takeout with a few friends and family and it was amazing! Loved every bite and ate until I felt I couldn't anymore... but didn't want to stop. Went here on Dec. 11th, 2021. Extremely nice staff, excellent food. We ordered the shrimp curry and paneer tikka masala, both of... which were delicious. The atmosphere of the place, the service, and the presentation of the food were awesome. There was a bitof a mix-up with payment at the end, but it was solved quickly and smoothly. This WAS an authentic and good tasting Indian restaurant when we moved here in May. I was very happy to have this gem, having... moved from Edison (where the Indian restaurant options are wonderful). Now the food is inedible. The haryali kebab was minty andsavory before with natural color. Now it?s nothing like it should be. No real herbs, not tasty, and is colored teal green withfood color. The butter chicken is now flavorless and watery. Even the nan was undercooked and not good. It seems like the cookshave changed and the current ones don?t cook Indian food well, or know how it should taste/look. I really hope they find newstaff, or train the existing better. Read more
