Went to Dunkin 3 times this week and wanted to eat inside with family. BUGS EVERYWHERE! Every table we sat at had bugs crawling... on the table and seats. Donuts were stale early in the morning too. Read more

added $1 for no ice in an iced tea. seriously! the manager stated it was policy! to give him his due, he did take the time... to explain that with no ice the customer actually recieves extra product. logical. but still crazy. Read more

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I first came in very politely but the female manager who was with a cane was rude... and abrupt with me today on 12/20/21 at 12:20pm. I asked if they have the signature white chocolate iced latte which theyclearly had in their menu and advertised in the store location. Then the woman barked and said they did not have it. Then when Iasked for two peppermint mocha signature latte with almond milk she said two regular lattes when I clearly stated peppermintmocha signature lattes. Then when I asked for half dozen doughnuts she would angrily pick them out which is rude andunprofessional. Furthermore the peppermint mocha does not look like in the advertised pictures at all. There isn't whipped creamor the mocha drizzle. It looks like an average/ subpar latte. Dunkin' Donuts do some re training or hire new management becausethis manager was rude, unprofessional, and this makes me see the difference in quality and customer service. Next time I'll makethe drive to Starbucks I hope that Dunkin Donuts reaches back out to me to remedy this horrible experience because this wasunacceptable behavior and unprofessional service when I paid decent money and chose to go to this location. Ridiculous.Additionally we asked for napkins and the manager barked at us said it was ?outside?. But a nice decent employee gave usnapkins. Come on Dunkin, do better. Remedy this situation. They are horrible and unprofessional. This is not the first time they messed up my orders. This time I asked for an avocado... toast and the bread wasn?t toasted so I returned and they admitted it that they made a mistake but I guess the person who madethe mistake was upset I returned, so she decided she was going to burn it this time. Very RUDE all the time for no REASON. Idon?t like to leave bad reviews but I feel like if you don?t like your job you should find something else to do instead ofspreading all the negativity. The business at this location is always good. No matter in-store or drive-thru, you always need some wait. There are also some... seats to let you eat in but not too many. Service quality is fair. I heard some complaints while I was there but mine was fairlyquick and accurate. One thing that would deter me here is it's not easy to get in from Rt 31s. You also might take a while toget into rt31 traffic. Read more
