So, this is just my opinion, but the food just isn't that good at Panera. There's only one thing I like to eat here and thats... the chicken avocado sandwich. Read the Reviews. They are understaffed and trying to get a meal or "rapid pickup" is ridiculous ???? There's a line 15 deep... waiting for lunch. Do yourself a favor and save your lunch hour by going someplace else. Horrible Read more

Ordered thru my app and had it delivered thru 3rd party. Delivery was timely however the chicken sandwiches I had customized... were incorrect. Called 5 times before someone answered. Disgraceful! Very kind when I finally got someone but they need a lessonon order fulfillment as well as customer service. Was very disappointed. I ordered door dash from here yesterday and I had 3 things that were supposed to come with bread?got no... bread. The mac and cheese also tasted disgusting. Right from looking at it, it looked and tasted like the sauce was just water.Usually love this specific location. Read more
Disappointed, again. Issues with our rapid pick up: 1. The kids grilled cheese barely had any cheese (photos). 2. They forgot... the chicken on the chicken salad. 3. They forgot to include a cup. 4. They didn't include enough forks. The staff is friendlyand the manager offered us a refund but we politely declined. If this was the first time I wouldn't post a negative review, butit's been consistently disappointing like this for months now. We enjoy their food and the convience but won't be returning. Read more
Steak sandwich was excellent. Ordered on the Panera App. I like how you can customize to add different toppings.
