The staff doesn?t know their own menu. I was asked completely irrelevant questions. Medium 13, entree only, honey bbq was my... order. I was asked how many chicken fingers I wanted twice and what sauce, then charged $10.59 for the wrong order. I walkedout. Will not be back. Read more
Honestly shocked how any orders are completed here correctly. Ordered a bun-less burger no tomatoes add bacon , and they... couldn't get it right after three attempts. Even after very clear directions, couldn't figure out this simple order. Burger madewrong three times , finally gave up and asked for a refund. Very poor communication skills. Not a fan of workers sitting on thecounters while on their phones, seems unsanitary. I will never return here. Read more
Horrible, inexperienced service. We received someone elses items twice. Then when it came to getting our own food, they messed... it up and got the order wrong. The food was just nasty. I'm not sure if it's Sonic's fault or the staff. I ordered a grilledcheese for a side and got two slices of wonder bread half toasted with a partially melted American cheese in the middle. Whatgives? Then Sonic's boast of having the best shakes around. Please! This place insults my intelligence and taste buds! Read more
Worst sonic experience today. . . The service today at the drive thru was horrible. Manager was rude , I get it they were... understaffed. But after sitting at the intercom for over 8 minutes with no response, my wife drove up to the window and theydecided to just have an attitude instead of just saying "hey sorry we are busy today" all they said was "Well you should havewaited longer" . Then they even got an attitude that we ordered grilled chicken saying "it's going to take longer now". Again Iget it you guys seemed understaffed today but it's not the customer fault. Honestly even if service is bad if the personapologized I usually let it go. Read more
We've only been to Sonic a few times in the past. My wife and I were on our way home and wanted a quick meal. We saw this Sonic... location and decided to get dinner and ordered at the parked dining spots (I'm not sure what to call these areas where you parkyour car and order your food). The employee was very polite and courteous and delivered food to our car within 5 minutes or so.The food was good (it is fast food but the burger hit the spot for me) and most importantly for my wife, they had Diet Coke. Ugh so gross!! Ordered a corn dog for my little one. Poor kid took one bite, it was uncooked batter inside. I went back through... drive thru and showed them. They didn't apologize.....nothing. Pretty much acted like it was my problem. A treat for my kidturned out to be a big fat waste. Read more
