First off, I love Taco Bell. Probably my favorite fast food chain that exists. However, this particular location of Taco Bell... seems to have undergone some massive employee, and management changes. I had been going to this Taco Bell for probably at least10 years. Back then the service was lightning fast, never messed up an order, and stayed open until 12:00-1:00 AM. This new setof employees though, are much different. They close about an hour before their actual store closing times (sometimes evenearlier), service is incredibly slow (drive through usually has 10-15 cars waiting in line with a 20-30 min per person waittime), and they always miss something in your order. I did not know that a Taco Bell would routinely close at 10 PM, or turn offall of the lights in the building to make it seem like they were closed, when they were open. Sometimes they would put a cone inthe drive through at 9 PM saying that they are closed, for no apparent reason. I used to love coming to this location, however,I give up due to the unpredictability of whether I am going to be able to get food, or the food I ordered. Read more
They are so rude and always mess up the food . We are vegetarians and always they give beef
I had an abhorrent experience visiting here. I asked for a Diet Coke but got regular. Tried going inside to get my own, but... the dining room is closed. I walked over to the drive-up window, tapped on it, asked the guy for diet, and he glares at me. Hethen proceeds to fill the cup to the brim with ice (which I did not want), so I tapped on the window again and asked for lessice. This made him really angry. Then a girl comes over, takes the cup from him and starts filling it with regular Cokeagain. So once more, I tap on the window and tell them I want Diet Coke. By this point, the guy is totally irate and yellingat me - all because two people were too incompetent and rude to fill an order correctly. 2nd visit in a row where I ordered soft tacos with NO lettuce. On both occasions my order was repeated back to me correctly,... but the tacos came covered in lettuce. How hard is it to make a taco as ordered? Read more
