I had heard a lot about this place and finally found it and tried it. It?s a very cozy place with inside seating and limited... outside seating . There?s an average range of selections and several like the Caesar Salad with Chicken as I tried shown here. I was quickly served and the prices were about similar to most in the area . Virami's Pizza gives off an old-school, Jersey Shore pizzeria vibe. Something about the benches outside, the walkway up to the... entrance, and wooden benches inside make me feel like it's the middle of July and I'm grabbing a slice or two after spending theday soaking up some sun. On this visit, I decided to go with the tomato slice in addition to my usual plain slice. It lookedreally good behind the glass countertop and it did not disappoint taste-wise. The tomatoes were juicy, the cheese was melty andplentiful. The slice also had a delicious garlic seasoning. The plain slice tasted like your standard Jersey slice. It had anice, thin, crispy base with decent sauce and good, slightly greasy cheese. Read more
The pizza is decent: the salad pie is worth trying, but each time I?ve gone in here, the man behind the counter is cold, almost... to the point of being rude. He appears to be the one in charge. A hello would go a long way instead of a scowl. Read more
I?ve lived in Flemington for 20 years, and probably tried 8 different pizza places. Virami?s is by far the best! Pizza, mozz... sticks, salads, strombolis, dinners; it?s all fantastic! It?s tucked away off of Main Street and near the Outlets; and 100%worth the trip into the center of town. Can?t recommend them highly enough. Read more
I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to call my "pizza home" lol. I heard this place was the best in the area so... we tried it out. We ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza - delicious! But that honestly wasn't the best part.... The man behindthe counter (maybe the owner? I should have gotten his name) and I were chatting about chicken wings (I'm from upstate NY andALWAYS looking for good wings down here in Jersey - hard to come by). When my pizza was ready, he kindly through in a fewchicken wings to take home and try. Kind gestures and good food... I'll be back for sure.
