Clean for a gas station subway, however don't leave your car at the gas pump as you will be there for 15-20 minutes for two... sandwiches. I purchased a Ham sub and a chicken slovaki. The Ham sub was delicious and came with 7 slices of ham for aprox. $8,however the chicken slovaki shows in picture 8+ pieces of chicken but the woman working they told me I only receive 6 whichbarely covered the sub with almost a half inch gap between each little piece, now for a sub for $12 I expect more then that andI had to pay for extra meat. Very disappointed, no upselling offered did offer me drink or sandwich or if I wanted a kids comboor just regular for the sub I got my children. *Update* So I contacted Mr Sub both by the contact portion of the website as well as via Facebook. The repeated response I... got was "Hi Adam, we apologize for the delay in addressing your concerns. We have followed up with the team. Thanks!" nothingactually done. So neither the location cares about it and nor does the company. Have attempted to go to this location onmultiple occasions. Every single time it's hours show it should be open and the Mr Sub is closed, or has a sign up saying theyaren't serving subs. Unreliable unfortunately. Read more

Very very very slow paced here. I went on a Sunday which is relatively a "slow day" in mid afternoon however waited at least 20... minutes. I give credit to the young man working as he did a good job but you could tell he didn't have proper training or anyhelp making the orders. So I give him props. Disappointing that I got a pizza sub and salami had to be substituted as therewasn't any pepperoni. Bread was fresh and the subs were made exactly how I wanted them. They definitely need more staffing andmore training however. Read more

Well after several attempts at revisiting this location to offer a chance at redemption, I am disappointed to say that it is... useless. Every time I come to this location I am met with rude staff who seem to hate their job. I am treated as a nuisance.Heaven forbid I ask for "a little more" of something, it's as if I am being punished as the employee proceeds to roll their eyesand drown the sandwich. My most recent experience this week cost me $39 and the subs were a mess when we opened them. I tookpictures if anyone from management cares to see. Even though I ordered 4 different subs, the employee still thought she couldstretch out the near empty lettuce and tomato bins. When she put 3 small tomato slices on a 12" and I requested more sheproceeded to roll her eyes and said "well it only comes with 4". Then she sighed and stomped to the fridge for refills. Iordered a large grilled chicken wrap and when she only put one serving of chicken in, I asked if it doesn't get 2 as the smallgets one (I order this frequently, from this and other locations). She stopped what she was doing, placed her hands on thecounter and said "that's only if you pay extra". Since the cost of a large compared to a small was already a few dollars more, Iwas very confused and asked for clarification. She ended up putting another serving and I saw no extra charge on my bill. Therest of the interaction followed the same tone. Having worked in the food service industry for over 15 years, I am alwayspolite, patient and understanding. I expect the same respect from the employees of a business that is taking my money for aservice. I have found several other complaints about this location of a very similar nature dating back 6 or 7 months andclearly nothing has changed, so hopefully I haven't just wasted my time writing this ? I feel like we were inconveniencing the girl working when we just tried to order our subs.. everything we asked for was followed... by a sigh or attitude and it felt like she couldn't get us out quicker. Very sloppy subs and didn't even cut them, more sauce onthe paper then the subs. Not a pleasant experience.. Read more
