Ordered online and picked up at the drive-thru. Ordered was prepared correctly and on time.
Literally the best fast food service I have ever had! I went through the drive-thru and they were super friendly. They already... had my food and drink ready by the time I got to the window and paid, it was super fast. The food was absolutely delicious andthe fries were very warm and fresh. The only thing I didn?t love was that there prices did seem kind of high to me as I orderedthe Swiss dip meal with a medium shake and a cookie and it was $14. I sent my husband to get me something to eat since I got off late I asked for my food fresh to order , my husband came back with... my meals as checked my food it wasn?t fresh the fries were old and stale the sandwich (beef& cheddar ) was cold like it wassitting to be ordered. I also ordered strawberry cream pies they were hard and cold . I sent my order back they didn?t doanything but microwaved the food over to make it seem as it was cooked freshly. I?m so disappointed! 90 percent of the time the food is warm and fresh, rarely fails to disappoint me. One of the places I'd go if I want fast food.
Customer service SUCKS at this location. The female manager with blonde hair and glasses needs to be fired. And yes I will be... calling Arby's. Can't give them the managers name though because she refused to give it. Read more
