When me and my wife went, they were put if most of their soda choices, half of their meat for you food was gone and when we... asked they said yeah we're out. What they did have was good and out waiter who was also doing the bar kept checking on us andmade sure he got us what he could. Dining at that this location was once a near weekly event for us. However, the quality, selection, and cleanliness had been on a... steady decline. So, we took a two-year break and tried it again today. Rice was cold with the consistency of paste. Ordered areplacement and it was the same. I don?t expect this chain to survive. It?s a permanent 86 for me! Do yourself a favor and picka local Asian food restaurant and avoid this franchise. Read more
Update: received msg in response to this review. Emailed using the address given below, but no response. The corporate email... address- also no response. Also no one picks up when you try to call them. What a terrible business! The restaurant was reallydirty. The tables and floors super sticky. The veggies looked days old. The service was great & friendly but unfortunately Iwon't be back. The restaurant needs a lot of cleaning and the food needs to be thrown out when it's getting old, wilted, anddiscolored- very unappealing and I don't want to get sick. Read more
Had dinner with three adults and two children on a Friday. Lot's of options....meats, veggies, noodles, sauces etc to choose for... your meal. All the associates were helpful, friendly and attentive. Our server was Tyler and he rocked it out taking care of ourneeds. The guys working the grill were SUPER fun and friendly with my 6-yr old GRANDson???? In total truth the the only thingthat wasn't 5-star was the messy floor with liquids, food stuff. We did point that out and it was immediately taken careof. The food was good. The server was good. The cleanliness was a bit to be desired. The bathroom smelled like an actual outhouse!... Told our server about it and she said there was a broken toilet. The parking lot could have also used some cleaning up. Read more
Great meal and atmosphere,waitstaff was very friendly and the guys running the grill deserve a raise! They were busting thier... butts to keep things moving as smoothly as possible with quite a line built up the entire time we were there. Only giving 4stars because it could have been just a little more cleanly in the bowl prep areas, but again they were slammed with customersand did a great job regardless. Read more
I said go light on the meat (door dash order) They sent me an order with a stirfry and no sauce at all. The eggroll on the side... has no dipping sauce and is pitch black. I?m not sure who they have working when they close their store, but they were surely ina rush to get my order out and now it?s inedible. I spent $30 on this meal. Do better. Read more
Excellent food and staff! Greeted by a super friendly and helpful manager, Tommy. Impressed with the manager he was incredibly... friendly and helpful. Food was excellent quality. Would definitely recommend. The sundae was tasty, too. Read more
