I ordered me a Philly chicken today and it was so cold, I had to warm it up. Crazy thing is, I stay right by this particular Big... It's always a pleasure to eat a Big John's Steak and Onion sub. Nothing like it! Food wasn't amazing though this time, I guess... it depends on who's preparing the meat. The service could be more friendlier and the meat is dry to say Big John's of Fenton road will always be number one.
I ordered a sandwhich with no mushrooms. So they plastered it w mushrooms. Made the mistake of going thru the drive thru so... didn't watch them make it. Got to work, wanted to eat and thru it in the trash. Thank the lord I noticed it before killingmyself due to allergies. What a waste of hard earned money. Read more
The food is generally good here. I ordered a steak & onion with cheese and mayo. Mayo is what makes the sandwich. Got it home,... it was an onion sandwich with some steak in there somewhere. No mayo at all. I hate when dinner get ruined especially whenpaying $11.00 for an 8 inch sub. Read more

This is the very best Big John's out of them all. I have never been disappointed with anything at this location. The food is... always awesome and the service is unbelievable. I will say they are the fastest Big John's I've ever been to in my whole life. Ifeel like if we can't eat at this location then I don't want it. I seriously only want to eat at this specific restaurant. Ifnobody has ever said it, let be the one to say that you guys do an awesome job every day and I appreciate everything that youall do.
