This place is horrible, slow and rude, we wait in line all the time no matter time or day....... and wait at the speaker for a... half an hour just to place my order...... waited a year before coming back again and still the same...... this place deserves nostars at all..... Drive thru service tonight is HORRIBLE!! (9/15) The guy taking the order acted completely unprofessional when I asked a question... about the mobile app. After rudely responding, he rolled his eyes and huffed when I got ready to ask one more question?. As if Iwas the problem! My daughter recognized his actions and said ?if he don?t like working here, he shouldn?t be here.? Because sherecognized it and said something to me is the ONLY reason I didn?t display my displeasure with his LACK of customer serviceetiquette. And as he handed me our food, he just closed the window not saying anything?. ?You?re all set, Here you go,Nothing. Drove 6 miles out of the way to go there. Won?t be doing THAT again!! I have never had a worse experience with BK, the impossible whopper meal that I ordered (well done) was literally pink on the... inside and barely cooked on the outside. I waited in line over 20 mins only to find out that my meal was a waste of time andmoney... I've never been so disappointed! Read more
