This place is horrible, slow and rude, we wait in line all the time no matter time or day....... and wait at the speaker for a... half an hour just to place my order...... waited a year before coming back again and still the same...... this place deserves nostars at all..... I do not recommend this this to anyone and if I do get to order its always wrong........ but I leave line 95%of the time cause the wait is just too long even for fast food... my pizza across the street is done before I can ever order Read more

Drive thru service tonight is HORRIBLE!! (9/15) The guy taking the order acted completely unprofessional when I asked a question... about the mobile app. After rudely responding, he rolled his eyes and huffed when I got ready to ask one more question?. As if Iwas the problem! My daughter recognized his actions and said ?if he don?t like working here, he shouldn?t be here.? Because sherecognized it and said something to me is the ONLY reason I didn?t display my displeasure with his LACK of customer serviceetiquette. And as he handed me our food, he just closed the window not saying anything?. ?You?re all set, Here you go,Nothing. Drove 6 miles out of the way to go there. Won?t be doing THAT again!! Will drive the extra 2 miles to Miller rd whenmaking a BK stop in the future. 10 minutes waiting to order and had to pull up to the drive thru window to order. And then waited 15 minutes after paying to get... my food and drink.... the whole time watching the employee playing a game on her phone... worst BK experience ever and I willnot be back to that store again.... waiting to order paying and then waiting for the food, a total of 35 minutes.... couldhave went home and cooked my own food faster.... I have never had a worse experience with BK, the impossible whopper meal that I ordered (well done) was literally pink on the... inside and barely cooked on the outside. I waited in line over 20 mins only to find out that my meal was a waste of time andmoney... I've never been so disappointed! Read more
