Our top shelf margarita had a bug frozen in the ice. Seats are despicable, torn, ripped and dirty. Menus covered in food,... fingerprints and the entire place is run down! Save time and go to Taco Bell, much safer. Read more
Did not like the food at all. I don't think we'll ever go back??????? $50 down the drain. I just wanna say this, whoever the... manager is should not let the host wear a Hoodie (with the actual hood on) and have on ear pods it's so unprofessional. Read more

Had decent food and prices. Service was not great. Got the bill and each one of us were charged for a "Sprite". I specifically... asked if the water was on fountain before I ordered the water. The server said she would have to pay for the water if she tookit off the bill. That does not make sense. Poor management. This was not appreciated and leaves me really disappointed. Read more
Not a, Hello Welcome...instead, SHE'LL BE RIGHT UP! And when SHE did come to where we waited its a rude, HOW MANY? Then grabs 2... menus and walked away from us. We watched, not sure if we were suppose to follow. The wait before anyone came to get us drinkswas awhile. The food was flavorful and service was nothing to write home about. The flan isnt worth the price, but the Fried IceCream was devine!! Not sure if it gets better than this. I hope so, for the sake of those that stumble in like we did, since wewont be back. Casa Real has been in this location for quite a while and I never got around to trying it until now. The decor is bright and... festive. The golden margarita was strong and delicious. I ordered the Botana (vegetarian nachos) which were good. The onlycomplaint or suggestion is that there was nothing on the menu that made it stand out from the many other Mexican restaurants inthe area. I would definitely go back and try it again though.
