Had lunch there recently. Nothin really good about the service or food. Had a chicken pasta dish and the chicken was like jerky.... It was horrible. When the manager came around we let him know. also the manager looked and dresses like he had been sleeping inhis car or something. Not neatly dresses nor groomed very well. First off, the absolute worst southwestern egg rolls from any Chili's I have ever been to. Service wasn't great at first even... though there was only one other table at the time. French fries were undercooked. Chicken quesadilla was just Luke warm but ok.Never got our free chips and salsa. Sitting for half an hour after eating waiting for the bill. Never showed up on the computer.Manager came over, explained they are new and have been getting the place turned around. I hope they do. I wish them well. Read more
I went out to dinner on a Friday night with my husband and daughter. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The first thing... noticeable was how slippery the floor was. We sat down and it took 10 minutes for our waitess and waiter to come take our drinkorder. We were told after the drinks came out it would be another 5 minutes to take food orders because the system was down.After a few minutes they both came back and took our food order. As we sat waiting on our appetizer which took 40 minutes, Inotice a few gnats flying around. I went to the restroom while waiting. The women's bathroom was dirty, toilet paper on thefloor, feces on the toilets, and again gnats were all over in there. Our waitress and waiter did not refill drinks nor came backto check on us. The main course took another 20 minutes to come out. After we ate, I had to track both of them down again forour bill. They were in the kitchen talking with all the other staff. Tables were not cleaned off after other customers lefteither. I am disappointed, and long for times when people took pride in a job well done. Read more
Food was good for price. But SERIOUSLY disgusting for their HVAC system, Didnt Know this Corporation was So Cheap and wouldnt... pay to have their Vents Professionally Cleaned or Make their Employees wanting $15/Hour get on a Ladder and Clean Read more
To start off, it took 10+ minutes to get seated (no big deal). The waitress was friendly and took our drink & appetizer order... right away. A different employee delivered 4 out of 7 drinks. Maybe 10 minutes later, my husband and I received our drinks (minewas incorrect, but I drank it). While we sat there picking at our appetizers, one employee tried delivering us another tablesentree. When I told him it wasn?t ours, he kind of huffed and then tried to deliver it to the table behind us (which it wasn?ttheirs either). From there, we waited and waited for the waitress to return to take our food order. After about 20 minutes orso, we had to finally ask her if she was going to take our order. The dinner food came out pretty quickly. My son?s mandarinoranges had a bean and cilantro leaf in it and my daughters kids hamburgers were dry. My sirloin was cooked the way I ordered,however, 2 of the 6oz was really chewing. The restaurant has a lot to be desired. Dirty tables and floors. The bathrooms neededpicked up and cleaned. Relatively terrible experience altogether. Likely won?t return to this location. Read more
Went out for my husband's birthday dinner. Everything started out good as our server was great, but once the appetizers came... everything started to go down hill. The appetizers were something I could make at he with basically no seasoning. I was notimpressed. Then our fajitas came... They brought me MOLDY cheese, then went and got more cheese from a "new" bag... There wasalso mold on the "new" cheese as well... That definitely turned out appetites off. I was very disappointed, and disgusted by thewhole experience. It was my first, and most likely going to be the only, time eating there. There was a table with a couplewomen next to us, they were complaining about their experience and even said they're not going to visit again... They had leftbefore any of our food arrived... Ok so this is my first review on Chili's and I must say that this visit was great! The servers/attendants were attentive... (special shout out to LINDA) and the food was delicious ????! There was no line to get in and I went at abut 6pm. I ended upgetting the Triple Dupper with these egg rolls and it SLAPPED! I was so full I didn't even finish my plate. And they also havelike a drink of the month type of deal for only $5. Altogether for 2 people with the drink special and a tip only $50, you can'tbeat that! Food was excellent 10/10. Service? Not stellar. Had to wait several minutes for our food. The server seemed overwhelmed with... table's and it looked like they were short staffed. Overall for a first time experience it was good not great. Worth giving atry as the food was very good. Read more
