First time ordering food from here. I love Mexican Food but, was apprehensive trying this place. I'm not a fan of Restaurants.... Been disappointed to many times!! I cook all our Meals from Scratch. My Husband wanted a Burrito. I wasn't up for cookingtonight. So I googled Mexican food. El Potrero popped up. I studied the reviews and decided this is where Dinner is coming from.(Take out) Great Customer Service, Friendly Staff and Reasonable Prices. My Husband had a Steak Burrito, I had a RancheroBurrito. Although, the portions were a bit small, The flavor of our food was great!! It was also HOT!! We will definitely beback, for a dine in experience. Looking forward to our next visit. They have great food. Love Taco Tuesday. Only thing I don't like is their water it's bad tasting so you have to buy bottle water... or pop at 2.50 each. Read more
Plates were too hot, like they came out of the oven. Fajitas were all vegetables with a few pieces of meat. I called over the... waitress she says " wus sup "... very unprofessional ! Sounded like my son talking to his friends. We had to go find ourwaitress for a refill of pop. She never came back to check on us. My margarita came in a cup she said they had no clean glasses.Definitely not a good experience. The workers were sitting eating together so I guess that's why our service was not good. Read more
My family loves El Potrero, and has been coming here for years! The food is always great, and the staff is always super friendly... and helpful! Our waitress, Sam, is super quick with refills, and very attentive, but also lots of fun and even photo bombed ourpictures! Definitely recommend 10/10, and ask for Sam! Read more
Had a great experience going for lunch with my 2 kids and my mother. Having a daughter who is very picky eater and not knowing... what to eat our waitress was amazing explaining food to her and was able to help her choose what to eat and it was perfect sizefor her not everything extra she would not eat. She was great when asked what she prefers and the best meals for sharing.Therestaurant was very beautiful inside. And the specials they have are great prices. Pretty good. I always stop by these places for a quick Mexican themed meal. They serve good portions and something about that... white cheese they use does it for me. It has a very blue collar vibe fitting for our city. I like the minimalistic tacosthough they make sure you get your full of meat and the medium flower shelf are puffy and light. Today we visited the Grand Blanc location for the first time at just past 3:30pm (lunch ends at 3pm). Service was great from... the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. The food tasted fantastic, and the portions werevery generous. The prices were better than much their competitors. We ordered 1 single serving of Steak Fajitas (there is alsoa double) and it was enough to feed both of us with enough leftover to make 2 more meals. They even include unlimited warm chipswith salsa.
