Best pizza I've had in years! I love Luigi's Pizza and I put this pizza right up there with Luigi's. Foutch's Pub does it right!
First time at Foutch's (Oct.31, 2022). Food was great. Had wings, seasoned fries and an Alaska Amber Ale. Beer was a bit pricey... ( I'm thinking it was a micro-brewery selection). Nicely refinished interior with big screens. While it was slightly pricey forall items (will bring cash next time to avoid extra charge for debit/ credit), it was a good experience. Waitress was only oneon at lunch and she worked hard to serve everyone. Read more

Work on Customer Service! I am weekly customer for years (patiently waited for their reopening), and great tipper on top... of automatic 18% gratuity added for 6 people at at table (even when there is not six of us). I'm a regular I can say! And thisis a first time that I ever sent a drink back because it wasn't good to ME! When I ordered, my waitress told me thetwo ingredients and I thought ok that sounds about right. My waitress, unbeknown to me at the time was the shift manager, when Ireceived my drink I stated it didn't look right, she said it was the right drink I ordered. After tasting it, I told herI didn't like it and I don't want it. I asked if it could be exchanged. She was snippy as I handed her my drink she grabbed thedrink and told me the rules about no refunds and exchanges. I was frustrated not rude at all. Tried to explain all I want isanother drink, to replace this one even at a reduced cost. Nope! She got a little more snippy. And her attitude made me notEVER want to return. But me being me I thought let me speak with a manager. The owner walks by, and she races to tell him whichI thought was good. Nope! He came over and asked about the drink and repeated the policy. And said he would check to see if thedrink was made right. I too told him I didn't like it and I don't want it. He took the drink to the bar and verified it wasmade right, and came back saying it was made right and each and ever time I tried to speak he over talked me. I told thewaitress and owner I understand your policy multiple times but it was clear they were more focused on telling me what theirpolicy was instead of trying to hear me or fix my problem. This was very disheartening, as a regular customer I was outrightdisappointed! They owe me nothing because of their policy but being courtesy is free and listening to the customer shows respectthat you are concerned about their issue. I was given neither! Was totally unsatisfied with Erica. She is a manager but for some reason she was my waitress. I wanted to speak to her manager... and I found out she was the manager. The food is great but the customer is always right. And her customer service is wrong. Tighten up "new rebuilt" Foutches! Read more

TAKE OUT ORDER*Ordered garlic parm wings well done and other entrees. Shared the wings with my hubby, we both became sick. My... son, who did not order/eat chix was ok.
