This McDonald?s jacks up the prices of everything. They charge 4.69 for a 4 piece, and charge a ?drink up charge? of .19 for a... chocolate milk on top of that. This is a McDonald?s in a low income area and they are ripping people off. We talked to the ownerpersonally about this 2 months ago and he said he would fix the prices. Today we stopped for a happy meal for our son again andfound the prices have not been fixed. We will no longer be coming to this McDonald?s. I will drive out of my way first! Not tomention the fact the quality and service here are laughable. Maybe they should take the extra money being skimmed off the top ofpeople?s orders and start using it to pay higher wages so employees have a reason to be better. Although everyone was pleasant during the experience I was not exactly given the service I was told I was being given. They were... having every single drive thru order pull up as they were making fresh fries, burgers, what have you. Yet after waiting I wasbrought out the most stale, cold, previously reheated fries and lukewarm burger I've ever had at a McDonald's. I've worked foodservice and I get how rough every thing is these days but there's limits to how much a single restaurant can let things slip.Maybe this is the normal experience here but it needs to change. When Lisa is running the show everything is perfect. If she was capable of being there 24/7 I would give this location 1... million stars. Lisa is why I can't rate this location one star. If anyone else is managing it is a trash fire. I have had badexperiences over and over, doesn't matter if I order via window or the app, bad attitudes, incorrect orders, disappointment. Read more
I asked for my food to be cooked to order when I got it it tasted stale as if they have been sitting and dropped in grease to... reheat them up. ( I ordered a mcchicken & chicken nuggets with 2 larger fries ) You guys should be cooking less more often!! This place is a joke. Has the worst service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's and I've traveled to many McD's across many... different cities states country's and continents. They clean their coffee machine nearly everyday at 5am and it takes hours tocomplete. Rarely do they have ice cream products. They never have any specials McDonald's are offering such as the mcrib orshamrock shake. Their fries are the most disappointing thing there. Soggy and soft...... every time!! They have NO IDEA how touse their new app and restaurant codes. I can never tell who may be a manager..... but don't try finding one for help.....you'll never get it. Read more
The staff is rude as hell, they messed up 3 of my sandwiches, one being a spicy chicken with just meat and sauce on the bun,... chicken was old, half cooked, pickles on the bun, bun was burnt. 3x I handed this sandwich back ( not allowed to take ANYTHINGBACK THROUGH THE WINDOW INTO KITCHEN AREA) the rude window lady without gloves touched the bare food, took it kitchen hadpickles picked off the bun, handed back 2nd and 3rd time I asked for a new sandwich that wasn't old raw and burnt I was told bywindow person she didn't feel it was a burnt bun and that's just how they serve their chicken. The bacon McDonald's the meat wasold and dried out as well, I called to speak to the manager that was listening and watching to get no resolution for the issues. I have worked food 15yrs I am a certified chef and managed many restaurants and fast food places. And this is by far the worstexperience and response to a food complaint, and didn't care they were feeding old raw chicken to a 8yr old. Read more
My wife and I will NEVER come here again. We've been coming here probably once a week for a year, as our thing we do with our... kids on the weekends like our own family tradition, today we sat in our drive through mobile pick up spot for 25 minutes in theheat with no air conditioner. I go inside and they don't want to offer any kind of compensation, they forget my children'sdrinks it was absolutely a horrible experience. After 20 minutes in the sun their response to me was that they served our foodoff so that means an order I placed they go and give to somebody else and that is not okay...Placing an order online is supposedto be quick and easy, I'm on medications that do not allow me to be in the Sun or in the heat that I can physically prove andyet I was allowed to sit and become ill in the sun with not even so much as really a sorry. I will never come to this McDonald'sagain because the owner and operators seems to think that that kind of behavior is okay absolutely one of the worst customerservice experiences I've ever had. It was not good food. Takes me about 4 minutes to drive home from that McDonald's and when I got home the food was cold and what... is worse is cold French fries. I used to love eating McDonald's fast food, especially since I used to work at one. I gave all ofmy gift cards away that I had with points on them. Read more
