Shrimp and veggies were good by 5 pm (it was not busy at all) they were out of baked potatoes. Steak had so much spice on it,... it was spicy hot. Not what I would expect a nice steak to taste like. It had been 10-15 years since I had been there. Won't gothere again. Read more
The food was excellent. The person I went with was hoping for lamb chops, not realizing they no longer had them. We both... ordered ribeye and it was excellent. He was very happy with his choice, as was I. Our server was excellent. Unfortunately,just after we ordered, there was a break in the water line. Since my Coca Cola could not be refilled, he brought me a gingerale. They still brought our meal and let us stay to eat, even though the issue meant they were closing for the night. The waitress and waiters service is good, staff is usually very friendly and helpful. But sadly the food quality has dropped... drastically back in October my food was over seasoned to being inedible, steak was full of grizzle and the blooming onion wasburnt they comped half our meal for next time. Decided to give it one last try hoping for the best but sadly again the food wasa huge miss, salmon was under cooked, my shrimp was burnt so bad on one side that you could taste whatever they grill it withleaving a horrible taste in the mouth as well as a few still had the mud vein in it , we ordered the Mac and cheese only to getdry noodles with barley any cheese. The waitress was nice enough to replace my shrimp , but we chose to speak to the managerbecause of so many mistakes, they handled it easily and quickly apologizing for all the mistakes and took what was messed up offthe bill. Which is why they get two stars for being so helpful I just wish that the quality was better sense it use to be myfavorite spot to eat out regularly. Read more
Super disappointed in our experience tonight. The only thing that made it tolerable, or at least made us not leave as quickly,... was our waitress? good, spunky attitude. Our appetizer (mushrooms) were oily as heck and had pieces of meat on the plate with itand the chicken was still chicking ????????. Taking them home to cook em a tad bit longer. Oh, our drinks were good though.Otherwise, I really feel as though I wasted our family night and one hundred bucks ???? Read more
The service was not great last night. Maybe our server was new as she seemed to struggle with timing and communication and... delivery. We tried the bloomin fried chicken which was actually pretty good. It needs a side of the bloomin sauce. Theasparagus was obviously not as fresh as it could have been and seemed reheated. The wings were good and consistent from othervisits. My caesar salad had way too much dressing on it. The margarita flight is a neat drink order. We have been to outbackfor years. I asked for well done steak and received raw. I wanted well done. I?m not picky, sometimes I?ll eat a small bit of pink because... it is more tender. This, I actually put in the microwave to brown and it started bleeding. Unacceptable. I called the next dayand nobody answered the phone after 2 mins of it ringing. Read more
Stopped in on a cold gray Wednesday for a birthday lunch / dinner today. Seated right away as we went at an "off" time. Server... was right on point with our little loaf of bread and kept up with all us seniors quite well. My SILs opted for the lobster ????Tails and sides while I got the Sweet Chook Of Mine Chicken ???? Sammich. SIL #2 didn't want her soup, so I got it. Opted forthe Potato. Wowsers! Was really good with bacon bits, cheese, and scallion on top. Got our entrees and the fries ???? with mysammich were rocket ???? hot and seasoned well. Chicken ???? Sammich could use a wee bit more seasonings, but otherwise quitetasty. The SILs were happy with the lobster ???? tails as they disappeared pretty quick. Also was gifted the asparagus. Thestalks were a little tough but not surprising as they're out of season. All in all, a really good afternoon! Read more
