In two weeks time I have gone through the drive-thru, both times I ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. The first time I did... not receive any dressing for my salad. The second time the dressing was not the right dressing for my salad. I called tocomplain and I was told the next time I come in make the manager aware of what happened. I said no I really need to addressthis with a manager, I was told that he was busy. Miller Rd location I will not patronize anymore. Customer Service is verypoorly. Read more
Food was great. Got the Flatbread pizza bundle and also got drinks. No complaints. Service was great too. Felt bad cause the... girl had to bring out to me in the rain but she did great. Panera always has great food. This time was a little disappointing ONLY because they didn?t have a lot of supplies. No... flatbread, no turkey, no chicken, they were even out of medium sized cup lids! I know supplies are really messed up these days.I would definitely go there again. I ordered through an app. 3 different ways pop up on my cell phone. It doesn't specify if it is curbside, rapid, or drive thru.... I went through the drive thru, tell them I had an order to pick up. When they brought the food to the window, I can hear someonetelling the girl at the window, to tell me "with rapid orders you have to come inside, it's ok this time but for futurereference". I told her it didn't say how to pick it up. She responded, "it doesn't ". Ok, I guess they expect people to betelepathic. I think it is petty and not good customer service. Is it REALLY so inconvenient for an employee to walk around, grabit, and bring it the drive thru?? It's only this location that has bad service. You don't make a big issue about walking aroundthe corner to give a customer an over priced order. Especially if I can visibly see 7 people just in back. Ridiculous. I willdrive to Grand Blanc or to Fenton next time. Read more
