EVERY time I come to this location, they say they are out of something. How are you out of chicken wings in the middle of the... day? Out of half the sides on the menu? I call BS. When they dont feel like making more food they will lie. Drink machine rarelyworks so I can't get a drink with my combo. One of the few times they did have drinks, they were out of straws. No napkins orsilverware in the bags. They fake their drive thru times by making you wait at the speaker until your food is ready. The wholeentire vibe at this restaurant is ghetto and unprofessional. Ordered at 5:44pm ..2 number 5's 10 Wings total..for $21 at 6:04 after watching 4 orders get their spicy wings. I am told it's... still in the grease. then she literally turned around and got the chicken that I've been watching her grab from for 8 mins andmade my order. Picked on the app drive thru pick up. The lady started screaming at me about how they don?t do pick up in their drive thru but... its a option on the app?.. then i go inside they act like they couldn?t find my order then proceeded to tell me i have to wait 5more minutes after waiting in the damn drive thru for 20 minutes. It?s been 2 years since I?ve been here, tried it today and I am overly impressed and satisfied. I got the 2 piece spicy chicken... meal with red beans and rice with a strawberry Fanta got to work and my food was hot like they just pulled it from the fryer.The chicken was so moist and seasoned and it was actually fried chicken without the breading. My biscuit was so warm and soft Ididn?t even use the honey pack they put in the bag. I ate my entire meal and was very well satisfied with my food and evenplacing my order. My last review I gave only 2 stars but I had to comment on today?s visit and change that to 5 stars. I don?tif it?s because I came at 10:40 am when they first opened or if y?all have completely changed. Hopefully it stays this way withmy next visit ???????? Read more
Ordered two 1/4 shrimp combos and got home to this pitful disaster. I am very disappointed and will not return to the Clio... location! Weighed it out and I got less than 2 oz of shrimp! Read more
$13 DOWN THE DRAIN... This chicken was the worst ever. Dry and hard as hell. All the chicken was over cooked. The fries were... cooked hard, dried out and appeared to be under the heat lamp too long. Just, no. They frequently run out of products. Both bathrooms are in a state of extreme disrepair. Receipts all over the... counter. No ketchup or napkins. Thick, bulletproof glass, but leave doors to the kitchen wide open. And the worst part, is the20 minute wait for fast food thats mediocre at best. Indifferent at worst. Read more
