Selected drive thru pick up for mobile order. I?m a disabled vet and have a foot condition that sometimes makes life difficult.... They told me I had to go inside. Inside, order was not even started. After 25min they said it was checked and ready to go. Gothome 20min later opened bags and was missing two orders of fries and a wing. Contacted Popeyes and I was only given 1000pts inthe reward ap. They said it was an equivalent value to 2 large sides. Can not recommend would not return for a long time. Read more
Update 9/3/2022: sooooo it had been a while since our last visit! I thought just maybe, it had gotten better couldn't get any... worse or could it? YES! I didn't know Popeyes sold Cajun Rice Soup! Got some spicy chicken sandwiches today, Tanisha (not sure of spelling) but the young lady made them perfectly, even checked... after making one to make sure she put on enough spicy mayo for me, since I asked for extra. Clearly cared about doing a goodjob, A+ job on my order! Read more
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Waited 40 min, they forgot my fries, forgot my sauce, didn't have my drink, didnt... have everything for my son's kids meal, had no apologies and were rude. They were not busy so there is no excuse for the poorservice or messed up orders. Read more
Placed a mobile order. When we got to the speaker and let them know we were here they said pull up to the railing. The came out... to tell us to go park. Waited close to 20 minutes while cars behind us got their food. Finally my husband went in to ask andthey acted like we hadn't been sitting out there, no apologies or anything. Don't go the last hour before closing... 9 pm closes at 10pm ...no Cole slaw... no shrimp... no chicken tenders... no Mac &... cheese.... had to wait for chicken 12 pc but only received 8 and some crumbs???? took a pic... maybe can attach pic to review... was offered fries but when received it was rice? Red beans and rice? Or gravy???? idk but never seen it before... spooned outwhat I thought was solid white rice and all this dark soupy looking stuff came oozing through???????????? Read more
Anthony is an incredible employee!! I have been coming here for a while now, and am impressed every visit; specifically because... of him. He is incredibly polite, and professional. He takes his time with each person, and always has a calm demeanor. You cantell he is sincere with taking pride in his position.
