Love their food. Checked on Google to make sure they were open after 9pm. Google says open until 10pm and their door says open... until 10pm. I arrive at 9:25 and doors are locked and people are inside cleaning up. Waste of time. Read more
Unfortunately, not the stores fault, but the city had both sides of the street closed as we were trying to dine here. We only... chose this place bc we needed something quick and it's our food of choice, and we've never been to a QDOBA before. The staffwere friendly. The food was mediocre. And you only got a drink if it was a kids meal or a specific meal advertised according tothe sign. I don't think we would eat at this establishment again. But that's our opinion of it. Read more
Always great with all topping like queso and guacamole free on burrito unlike the competition. Best burrito for thr money hands... down still. I just go to Chipotle because they give me more discount and free burritos which they can afford to do with all theadded charges they get people with that don't care. Read more
Qdoba is on my blacklist as a door dasher. NO respect for delivery drivers. I got there and was told it?d be a wait. Some time... went by .. so I politely asked if they started my order.. because it was already 10 min late. And she WENT OFF. In front ofabout 15 people in line and several children. Saying ?You can WAIT? etc etc. Then said ?get that order made so she can GO? Theemployee she said that to, proceeded to slide my order off of the counter and I had to catch it mid fall. Ok, this place just made me want to NEVER eat at this chain ever again! Never change their gloves as they go from handling... everything and they touch my food! Because they were sanitizing the food area while still serving and have to go to the backroom to get more stuff that was completely out. And why couldn?t one of the other 2 people do that? And not cross contaminate myfood? A call to the health department is in order and I swear if I get food poison! Read more
January 10, 2019 First time going here ... Menu was kinda confusing. .. staff were friendly ... We got 3 Triple Threat Tacos and... a 3 Cheese Nacho Bowl with 2 regular drinks $24 ... We both liked the grilled steak meat and the flavors were good ... The areawhere you choose your food could have used with tidying up ... Before leaving I saw an employee come out to clean tables off ...He picked up the unused napkins off the very messy table (2 children had been there) and put the napkins BACK with the napkinsto be picked up by another customer. .. Instead of swiping the food in his hand or the napkin he swiped it onto the floor! ...That concerns me about cleanliness!!!!!! Read more
My first visit to QDOBA was very, very good. I ordered online, paid online, and picked up my order to go. It was easy every step... of the way. Their customization menu for my chicken lime burrito was extensive so I could get it precisely how I wanted. Theirentire online portal was extremely user friendly. Upon arrival I was impressed with the attractiveness of the restaurant bothinside and out. This place was nearly spotless, it was so clean. The young woman cashiering greeted me immediately and had awonderful smile on her face. My order was ready at precisely at the time indicated online. As I approached the counter sheconfirmed my name, handed me my order, and wished me well smiling the entire time. My chicken lime burrito was prepared exactlyto my specifications. It was hot and it was enormous! In addition to the giant size, I was impressed with the flavor. My firstexperience at this QDOBA was overwhelmingly positive and, when in this area, I?ll order a meal from them again. Read more
Lately I have been coming to this restaurant because I cannot have gluten and there is a nice choice selection for me. Everytime... I come in, Sierra is working and she is always smiling with great customer service. It really makes a difference to enjoy goodfood and also experience good service.
