Was an impromptu stop for lunch about 2 on a Friday. No wait. The hostess was accommodating with our mobility issues and even... quickly got us other seating when the table didn't work for our family. Our server, Amy, was professional and friendly.Answering questions that gave us confidence in the restaurants care for our food allergies. Her speed on getting our requestswas very quick. Soda refills deserts and fry refills, even with her being very busy running back and forth with her othertables, showed remarkable attention. This allowed our family to talk and have fun, not worry where our server was to get us morebeverages. The food was wonderful and delicious. The new items were yummy. Every year I go to Red Robin for a birthday burger, and always come home satisfied. The onion ring tower was so delicious, I... didn't get a chance to take a picture until they were gone! They were wonderfully seasoned and crispy, with a nice warm onioninside. I had the Royal Red Robin burger, with their Impossible patty substitute. The egg was juicy and flavorful, baconcrispy, and the burger was just.. full of flavor. I had the Spiked Freckled lemonade which is always good! It seemed a littleless flavorful than usual, but still good. Our waitress was outgoing and friendly. Water wasn't brought much, unfortunately,and the bottomless sides weren't offered to us at any time, until we were about to leave and was offered one to go. Unbelievable service!! First, our server was completely amazing! She was soooo kind and patient. Not to mention that it was... pretty busy when we arrived. She did not seem overwhelmed or anything. It?s like she was an absolute professional at providinggreat service! Mercedes you really made our night. We don?t get to go out often as a couple without our children so I reallyappreciate you for making our time away satisfying! Also, the food was delicious! Fresh, and tasty! Thank you to the cooks! Burgers were great. Fries delicious. Service was unbelievable. Thanks Mercedes. Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was... the fish. Whomever made the batter dropped the ball. It was not light and crispy, it was chewy and tough. Too bad. Read more

Disappointed. We put in an order for pickup at 7pm. We arrived 10 minutes early, notified them and waited in the seating area.... We recieved our food at 7:10 , and it was missing the milkshake. We were told we had to wait for the bar not to busy before wecould have the milkshake. I stood there several minutes waiting for the shake while our food got cold. We got home with my foodonly to realize that the fries had no seasoning on them whatsoever and 2 of 4 chicken tenders had some weird congealed clearsubstance on them. I won't be ordering from here ever again. It was my first and last experience here. Read more

I have to say that my first experience here was one that will have me running back with every chance I get. We had a great meal... which took us forever to figure out what we wanted due to the incredible menu. The food was out of this world good, the desertwas freaking enormous and so delicious! Always delicious. Wonderful food. My only comments are that I?m pretty sure anyone with a beard over a certain length is... supposed to have a beard net on, and there was someone with a long beard in the kitchen on line prep who needed one. Also, thetable was sticky. Could use a good cleaning. Outside of that, great atmosphere, wonderful service, and delicious. Read more
