For having had a great time here the last time we dined there, this experience lacked. Our appetizer was cold and dry and... there was very little actual topping. We had brisket nachos and it was almost all chips, very little meat. Cocktails werenice but it took a long time to receive them. Our meals were quite good. First time ordering here. Did take out at lunch today. Woman at counter was horribly rude. Ordered Quesadillas. 17.00 for meat... cheese and bread. I could maybe ONE green onion inside the whole thing. They did not pack the sour cream or salsa. Rip off ? Read more

The food isn't horrible. But the quality does not match the price. I ordered the 6 oz seller mignon and A crabcake.... which... came to over $50. This alone is not worth complaining about because I don't mind spending more on good food. BUT The bread wasbland and served out of a paper bag, and the herbs and oil were in a to-go cup. The grab cake accuracy was pretty bad. It wasdry and mushy. The risotto had fresh components, but it was more like sticky rice. No sauce to speak of. I asked if this is howthey always do their risotto, and she said yes and left. The steak was not a great cut. Thin and had a few tuff spots. And theirseasoning is just monteray seasoning. I had one bite of the risotto and crab cake each. Making it so that I ate less than halfmy meal. The waitress asked if I wanted to go boxes. I said no because I didn't enjoy them. I had dinner and a beer flight here with my brother and son. We were seated promptly right after opening (4p). I had the fillet... Oscar with mashed potatoes and the Redwood salad. The salad was unique that I chose to have with ranch on the side. I wish itwould have been chilled more. The fillets were 4 ounces each with both being very good but one was more tender than the other.Crab cakes were tasty but thin. I also thought for the price they should offer a baked potato and not just mashed. Overall, Ithought the meal was very good. The flight were six 6 ounce samples that the price varied on the type you selected. Most wereaverage with 2 being good. My brother enjoyed his fish and chips along with my son saying his burger was good. Large parkinglot with a lodge theme. Flat top and bar seating. Cloth napkins. Excellent service. $$$$ Pricey. The entree was very good butnot excellent and with those prices they really need to set the bar to have returning customers. I probably would not return dueto the price point. Read more

I was in town on a business trip and heard raving reviews of this place. For it to be an upscale place, I was disappointed. I... ordered the Salmon Oscar. Two pieces of salmon sitting on crab cakes, topped with asparagus, crab meat,and hollandaise. Thesalmon was cooked perfectly and the crab cakes were tasty,but very thin compared to what I'm used to. The asparagus looked likecanned cut green beans. It was terribly overcooked. Asparagus should be vibrant green and have some crunch. This was like babyfood. The crab meat that came on top was imitation crab meat. The photo below was taken before I completed sweeping the mushyasparagus and processed pollock off to the side. Delicious! Absolutely love their filet & the brie was so good. We thought about getting the nachos but decided that would... probably be too much food then we saw them go by for other tables and regretted not getting them too because they looked hugeand delicious, so next time we will be trying those as well. That was the biggest plate of nachos we've ever seen so we'lldefinitely have leftovers next time we go too. Have not had a bad meal here yet.
