Went in 9am waited 45 min.'s for coffee. Ten more minuites for a clean table to sit with family. We waited till 11 am to recieve... our food. Ordered well done fried potatoes, they came barely cook. The english muffin came with no butter & when we were allmost finished with what we could eat. A sorry mess. Not happy with the food or the service.???????? Read more

Sauce just doesn't make bad food. Stayed at the Hilton next door for close to 3 months and between funky work hours and covid... shutting places down early, I ended up eating here more often than not. You can pretty much guarantee everything here will be asolid pick, breakfast included. Ellen, John, or Taryn will have you taken care of at the bar. Overall look forward to coming toFlint now because of this place. Read more

Beautiful interior. Friendly staff. Bolognese was excellent. Chicken parm was good, great spaghetti. Tomato soup was perfect.... Focaccia bread was a miss. We did eat here at the near the end of the pandemic shortly after they opened. I am excited to comeback. Read more

What a wonderful spot downtown for a nice date :) everything was so delicious and it has a great atmosphere, the art deco... styling is awesome! My partner pointed out that the 1920s is in Flint's DNA, as that was a big boom period for us. On the wholeSauce feels upscale but also like part of the community, which is great! Our server David was incredible! Conversational, attentive, and fun. He made the date more fun with his presence and enthusiasm. His food and cocktail recommendations were onpoint too, we loved every one of them, topped off with a delicious tiramisu. Hard to pick a favorite of the dishes we got, butyou absolutely must try the salmon! I would advise anyone wanting to treat their special someone in Flint to take them toSauce! Read more

My wife and I had a wonderful first experience. We began with garlic knots. I had Cavatappi con Bolognese and my wife had the... Silk Hankerchiefs. Both meals were exceptional! For dessert, because we don't like sharing, we both had tiramisu. It waswonderful, especially paired with a cappucino. We are looking forward to going back. Read more
