This is the closest Starbucks on my way to work so I come here pretty often. Two things I?ve noticed is that they frequently... close early due to being ?short-staffed? and their cafe being closed to public so you can ONLY pick up your drinks at theDrive-Thru window. The main problem is when I order ahead on the Starbucks app, I arrive at the location to pick up my order.Only to realize their cafe is closed, but the line at the drive thru is literally almost wrapped around the plaza. There?s atleast 8 cars ahead of me. That defeats the ?ordering ahead? as my drinks are sitting at the counter for another 20 mins as Iwait in line. I just wish they are more organized and remain open on their app and on Uber for as consistent as they can. Read more
I stopped by on my way home after a doctor's appointment. I got a Pink drink. The drive thru was packed. I went inside.... Employees were very busy filling orders.
