Worst word will not be enough to... describe that how rude , bad customer service, I recommend that don’t go to this subway, they are illiterate, don’t know howto take care of customer. I went into Subway around 4pm amd the gate was closed. I asked the associate Karen if they were closed to which she answered "Im... training". I asked her if she could train while making my sub? She says Im not helping you. The trainee says I will help you. Iget my sub then realize I was not given my receipt. I go back to go get it and they cannot find it. I spent $17.82 in there andneeded my receipt to file a complaint. Karen continued to argue with me despite other customers being in there. She has zerocustomer service. Read more

Came in to get 3 footlong subs with a coupon today, but turns out it expired 3 days ago, and will they honor it anyway? No way. ... So I get home an hour later and look in the mailbox and there is a new coupon for the exact same deal. So why couldn't theyaccept it, make a sale, and keep a customer happy? Read more

It was about an hour and a half before closing. I finished grocery shopping and got in line with my toddler. There were several... customers being waited on ahead of me and a couple behind me. After standing there for a few minutes, an employee told me theywouldn't serve me because they were closing soon. When I questioned that - because I've had a job before - I was told that theywere "pre closing." I said that isn't a thing, come on. Then they told me several times "well we don't serve white bread here.We don't serve white bread." People of color continued to receive service. To be clear, I did not ask any questions pertainingto bread varieties. They were referring to me and my son being white. Read more

Walked in as employee finished ringing up two other customers, walked up to the line and stood waiting while she chatted with... them. Once she finished with them, walked into the back room and did not ever return. Waited anywhere from 5-10 minutes, ringingthe service bell multiple times before leaving. A literal lack of customer service. Read more
