Would prefer to leave NO STARS. Sat in the Drive-Thru entirely to long with no acknowledgment, ALL Open signs ON, 35 minutes... before stated closing time called 5 times from Drive-Thru, could hear phone ringing, then silence. No one would answer. Honkedhorn, I have an air horn so I know I was heard. Attempted to go in, doors locked, Drive-Thru sign lit up. Still nothing. The food there is great. Almost always get the chicken teriyaki whenever I stop in. I did have one bad experience today going... through the drive-thru. Temperature outside had to have been in the 10s. One of the employees would be cleaning the work areaand then turn around to see me, then just continue what they were doing. After a solid 7 or 8 minutes of literally sittingthere, I was finally helped. Read more
